Standard shipping method is available to all destinations within the United States and is delivered via FedEx Ground (depending on the weight of the package). FedEx shipping charges are calculated in real time with FedExs web site, using actual weight of items. Alternative shipping options are also available. Customer may specify Freight Company of their choice. All shipments are sent FOB Camarillo, California.
Shipping quotes are estimated at the time of order, based upon the total weight of your order and the speed in which you would like to receive your merchandise. Shipping rates are weight or dimension based depending on type of carrier. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Orders shipped by FedEx will be provided with tracking information. Customer must provide active e-mail address to receive this information.
Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Thrusday, 8am to 4pm Pacific time. Orders received after 3pm are processed the next business day.
NON-CONTINENTAL USA ADDRESSES: We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands addresses via FedEx or United States Postal Service USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship to all other countries/regions provided that the customer prepays the order, including all shipping expenses. Customers are responsible for choosing an export agent and payment of all duties, export fees, inland freight to port of export, ocean freight, import duties, and inland freight to final destination.
DROP SHIPPING: To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from Thin-Lite to your customers. A flat rate “Drop Ship Fee” is added to each release. Written approval from your buyer is required before product is released. Tracking number is provided to your buyer providing we have active e-mail address on file.
